Elon Musk and the Tesla Model Y: An Overview of Its Cost and Characteristics.

TeslaTesla is an electric vehicle maker that has become quite popular with their products in the market. The company makes use of cutting-edge technology to design its products. Recently, Tesla made news again when it launched Tesla Model Y, one of its latest models. The other production car models by the company are; Roadster; Model S; Model 3; and Model X where this new vehicle vehicle is the 5th in line. However, there were reports that it would be updated but CEO Elon Musk puts those rumors to rest when he announced that. 

The Model Y lineup caters to varying needs by having an array of options. The first Model Y is the Standard Range Version which is rear wheel drive and cost-effective, followed by two others; Long Range and Performance models. These other two models share a higher total horsepower and they are fitted with double motors which gives them four wheels driving capability.

The Model Y's features include a 15-inch touchscreen for controlling the electric SUV's functions and heated front/rear seats. It also comes with 12-way power adjustment as well as dual-zone climate control and wireless charging. Apart from that, there is panoramic glass roof available for this part of the car too. Tesla’s Model Y boasts semi-autopilot technology featuring state of the art safety features like blind spot monitoring, rearview sensors for backing up, all-around view camera system providing 360 degrees perspective even when parking at a tight spot or driving around tight corners at low speed limits which can also give alerts when your car is getting close to another object at high speeds such as on highways.
