U-Ask: UAE launches AI-powered chatbot to streamline government services

 

The UAE Government has launched an AI-powered chatbot platform called "U-Ask" to streamline government services.

It provides unified access to government services, offers service requirements, relevant information based on user preferences and direct links for applications. 

It is available in both Arabic and English.
