NGOs hail UAE’s significant progress in promoting and protecting human rights

 

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has made significant progress in promoting and protecting human rights, according to several non-governmental organizations (NGOs). 

The UAE has implemented several policies and initiatives to promote gender equality, protect workers' rights, and advance the rights of people with disabilities. 

The country has also taken significant steps to combat human trafficking and promote religious tolerance. However, some NGOs have raised concerns about the country's treatment of migrant workers and restrictions on freedom of expression. 

The UAE has pledged to continue working to improve its human rights record.
