Shanaya Kapoor Debuts with the ‘Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan’ Opposite Vikrant Massey — A Promising Fresh Pair in Bollywood’s Romantic Revival

Hindi cinema seems to be embracing a heartfelt return to its romantic roots, and leading this resurgence is the upcoming musical drama Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan. The film marks the much-anticipated acting debut of Shanaya Kapoor, who stars opposite the ever-versatile Vikrant Massey. The recently released poster and teaser have already sparked buzz across social media, hinting at a film brimming with emotion, melody, and nostalgia.

While Bollywood has no shortage of romantic dramas, Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan aims to be more than just another love story. Helmed by a team that values depth and emotion, the film boasts a soul-stirring musical score by Vishal Mishra — a composer known for crafting music that lingers long after the credits roll.

What makes this project even more intriguing is the unconventional pairing. Shanaya, stepping into the limelight from a lineage of Bollywood royalty, seems determined to carve her own path. Her pairing with Vikrant Massey — an actor celebrated for his grounded performances and emotional depth — adds a unique freshness to the narrative. Their chemistry has already become a talking point, especially after a touching off-screen moment they shared at a recent award show, which fans are calling “a glimpse of what’s to come.”

Whether Aankhon Ki Gustaakhiyan turns out to be the defining romance of the year remains to be seen, but its ingredients — heartfelt storytelling, strong performances, and memorable music — make it a film to watch out for. As Shanaya Kapoor steps onto the big screen, all eyes will be on whether this debut can capture both hearts and headlines.
