Xiaomi SU7 Ultra: A Game Changer in the EV Market
Xiaomi has officially entered the electric vehicle market with the launch of its SU7 Ultra, setting a new benchmark in performance and affordability. With an astonishing 1,526 horsepower, the SU7 Ultra is now the fastest mass-produced four-door electric sedan, directly competing with Tesla’s Model S Plaid and Porsche Taycan Turbo GT.
Powered by a tri-motor setup, it accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 1.98 seconds and reaches a top speed of 350 km/h (217 mph). The 93.7 kWh battery offers a range of up to 630 km, and fast charging technology allows it to charge from 10% to 80% in just 11 minutes.
Designed for high performance, the SU7 Ultra recently set a Nürburgring lap record, surpassing the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT. Inside, it features a HyperOS Smart Cabin, AI-powered connectivity, and premium interiors.
Within 10 minutes of launch, Xiaomi received 6,900 orders, with deliveries starting in April 2025. Currently available in China, Xiaomi is expected to expand globally soon.
