Ashanti Talks About Motherhood & Expanding Her Family

Singer Ashanti recently shared her thoughts on motherhood and said she would love to have more kids in the future.

In an interview on TODAY with Jenna & Friends (Feb 28), she said she’d “definitely” like more children after welcoming her son, Kareem, with Nelly in July 2024. But she’s not in a hurry just yet. “Maybe not right this second,” she laughed.

Talking about Kareem, she called him “the sweetest little angel” and said he fills her life with joy. “He just laughs and smiles all day. I couldn’t imagine life without him now.”
