Rob Gronkowski has publicly criticized the decision to fire head coach Jerod Mayo after just one season. He called this move of firing is “unfair.”
While speaking to the NFL on FOX broadcast,he expressed disappointment in the decision: “I was shocked by that, and for it to happen so soon was surprising to a lot of people. I think it was unfair to coach Jerod Mayo. He never had the chance to develop as a head coach. Judging someone on their first year alone is not appropriate.”
