Former President Donald Trump has been charged with 13 crimes in Georgia Election

 

A 98-page court filing charges Trump of engaging in criminal activity as part of an unlawful scheme to rig the election results. According to additional accusations, Trump pushed public servants to violate their oath of office and lied about electoral fraud. According to Trump, none of the accusations made against him are true.

This allegations of "illegally plotting" to manipulate the election outcome through voter deceit and lies. This falls within the racketeering law, which has been used to imprison significant criminal groups.

In which Trump is facing multiple counts for filing fictitious filings and making false statements. According to the allegations, the goal shifted to getting lawmakers in Georgia to "reject prison" votes from duly elected officials.
