UAE and EU Leaders Unite for Peace and Humanitarian Aid in Gaza

 Today, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan had a significant phone call with the President of the European Council Charles Michel. This telephonic discussion centered around enhancing the cooperation and collaboration between the UAE and the EU, along with its member states.

This dialogue aimed at further strengthening the already strong ties between the UAE and EU countries, reflecting a mutual commitment to advancing their relationship.

The central focus of their conversation was the current situation in the Middle East, specifically the worsening humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip.

Both leaders emphasized the urgent need for an immediate ceasefire, highlighting the importance of de-escalation and coordinated international efforts to achieve a lasting peace. They stressed that a two-state solution is essential.

During the call, both appreciated each other's efforts in humanitarian aid to Gaza.
