Greek PM offers free vacations to everyone who fled Rhodes after wildfires

 

Greece's Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis is taking steps to address the impact of the wildfires on travelers to Rhodes. 

Offering a "do-over" for those whose trips were affected by the wildfires demonstrates a commitment to supporting tourism and helping visitors who were unable to fully enjoy their vacations due to these unfortunate circumstances.

“For all those whose holiday was cut short as a result of wildfires, the Greek government in cooperation with local authorities will offer one week of free holidays on Rhodes, next spring or next fall, so that we make sure they come back to the island,” Greek PM said
