PM Modi’s Trip to The US & Geopolitics

 

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on his first state visit to the United States from June 21-23. The visit is significant in the current geopolitical and economic context as India is emerging as a global power. 

The Biden administration is expected to use this visit to strengthen the bond between the two nations and to sell advanced drones and weapons to India. Additionally, Modi will address the joint session of the US Congress, making him the first Indian Prime Minister to do so.
