Hunter Biden Expected to Plead Guilty to Tax Crimes and Gun Possession
Hunter Biden, son of President Joe Biden, has agreed to plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges and to admit to unlawful possession of a firearm. The charges include tax offenses and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Hunter Biden will not be convicted of the firearm offense if he remains drug-free and does not commit additional crimes for two years.
The investigation into Hunter Biden's criminal activity dates back to at least 2018 and initially had a broader scope, which included Hunter Biden's international business dealings, but its current scope is not clear.
