Nicole Lynn is a sports agent who represents a number of high-profile NFL players, including Jalen Hurts. She is the founder and president of the sports agency, Young Money APAA Sports. Lynn made history in 2019 as the first Black woman to represent a top-five NFL draft pick when she signed Quinnen Williams.

Nicole Lynn had helped Jalen Hurts secure a lucrative endorsement deal with apparel company Adidas. The deal was reportedly worth multiple millions of dollars and was a significant achievement for both Hurts and Lynn.
